Well balanced diet: As a parent it is your responsibility to provide children with a balanced diet which can boost their immune system and create a healthy metabolism mechanism. Child’s Emotional Wellbeing: As much excited the kids might be with schools closed down, it I also a distressing time for them given their outdoor activities have stopped too in order to keep them safe.
